We are working hard to create the safest and best guest experience within this changing landscape!

We will start operating again without restrictions.  We intend to be flexible to respond to guests concerns. Please contact the Front Desk with any questions or concerns.

What to expect during your stay...

Low Contact Check-In / Check-Out – Simply come to the desk, verify your reservation details, slide your credit card and pick up your keycards. At check-out, let us know when you’re leaving, leave your keys in your room, and we’ll email you a receipt.

Masks – We will not require masks for vaccinated guests or employees.  Any guest or employee is welcome to continue wearing a mask as a personal decision.

Housekeeping – Housekeeping service is by request. Please let the Front Desk know if you would like housekeeping service. We’re happy to supply additional towels and supplies as needed available 24 hours.

Breakfast – Open 7-10am.  Self-serve breakfast buffet will be open including waffle makers, pancake machine, eggs and a breakfast meat.

Indoor Pool / Hot Tub / Saunas – Open 8am – 11pm (10-11pm Adults Only Please)

Outdoor Pool – Open 8am – Dusk (Weather Permitting)

Bellyflopper’s Pool Bar – Open seasonally Late June – Early September 11am–6pm  (Weather Permitting)

Moby Dick Pub – Open Daily 5-11pm.

Firepits – Lit nightly at dusk – (weather permitting) $20 S’mores kits available at Front Desk

Game Room – Open 7am – 11pm

Fitness Center – Open 7am – 11pm (No children under 16 please)

Check-out – 11am – Please call the front desk when you’re ready to leave.  Feel free to leave your keys in your room.  Your receipt can be emailed or picked up at the front desk.

Extended Check Outs – Available for a fee. Contact Front Desk for availability.

  • Noon – $20
  • 1pm – $30
  • 6pm – $75

 Smoking – Please remember we are 100% Non-Smoking.  Smoking of Any Kind is prohibited in the Hotel. Please be considerate of other guests and DO NOT smoke in your guest room. $350 fee will be charged if you smoke in the room.

What we're doing to keep you safe...

Hygiene Protocols – We have added more sanitation stations for employees and guests throughout the property. 

 

Staff Training and Screening – We have provided the most up to date information and training on policies and procedures on keeping both employees and guests safe. This includes daily self-screening at home including temperature and symptom checks.

 

Cleaning and Disinfecting – All Guestrooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants.  We have increased the frequency of sanitizing surfaces that are being touched, especially our entrance doors, lobby, door knobs, stair rails and counters.

Answers to common questions...

Do guests need to wear masks?
We will not require masks for vaccinated guests or employees. Any guest or employee is welcome to continue wearing a mask as a personal decision.

 

Do we accept cash as payment?
We prefer credit cards, but yes, we do accept cash.

 

Will our bars be open?
The Moby Dick Pub is currently open daily. A light menu is available which can be enjoyed on-premises or for take-out.  Guests are welcome to take their food or beverages and enjoy them anywhere on the property including the pool areas, patio, beach, fire pits, hospitality room, and guestrooms.  Bellyfloppers Pool Bar will re-open starting May 29.

 

What hotel amenities can we use?
All of our ammenities are open including: Fitness Center, Indoor Pool / Whirlpool / Saunas, Outdoor Pool, Firepits, Family Fun Center and Breakfast Room. 

 

What should we do if we feel uncomfortable?

We understand that these are uncertain times and that people have different worries and concerns. We ask that customers are considerate to others.  We appreciate customers telling us their concerns and suggestions, and we will do our best to address them. 

 

I’m Traveling from out of state, can I still stay at the hotel?
