In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we want to do our part to help keep our community and our employees safe.  We are following all of the local and federal recommendations and guidelines. We have made the following adjustments to our business practices and offerings to keep all of our guests safe. We will continue to make changes and adjustments to provide the best guest experience as we move foward.

UPDATED CANCELATION POLICIES

If you choose to change or cancel any future dates –
Notify us by 6pm – Day of Arrival – There will be no cancellation fees.

 

If you’re not quite sure what to do yet – No problem, just keep your reservation for now. If you choose to cancel at a later date for any reason, there will be no cancellation fees.

 

Please Note: If your reservation was booked through a 3rd party such as Expedia, Hotels.com., Booking.com, Groupon, etc… You must change or cancel your reservation directly through their website.

Paperless Check-In – No need to sign any documents at Check- In

HEALTH & SANITATION

To date All Guestrooms have been deep cleaned and sanitized by staff specially trained for your safety. Our Guestrooms are sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants certified to stop the spread Covid-19 as well as any other virus.

• Our employees have been safety trained are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.


• Our staff is wearing PPE for your safety.

• We have increased the deployment of hand sanitation stations located in public and employee areas.

• We have increased the frequency of sanitizing surfaces in public areas, especially our entrance doors, lobby, public bathrooms, door knobs, stair rails and counters.

• We will continue to adjust our proceedures and policies in accordance with public safety reccomendations.

The Bayside is committed to your safety.  We are following all guidelines and recommendations by State and Federal Authorities as well as the CDC and WHO.  Currently we are practicing social distancing and asking our guests to stay vigilant in keeping up on their sanitation efforts, especially limiting germ transfer by keeping hands washed.
